Be the Heart of Our Home At Puddingstone Grange our Senior Care Leads do more than manage - they inspire teams, support residents, and create a home filled with warmth and compassion.

We're looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you'll deliver person centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person centred care
• Provide hands on care and build meaningful connections with residents
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
• Support training and development for colleagues
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
• Have confidence to lead by example
• Have a genuine passion for improving residents' lives
