Senior Care Lead - Day Shifts, Residential Home

Sterling Cross Ltd in Odiham is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join its dedicated team, delivering person-centred care in a warm, supportive environment. You will lead shifts, support junior staff, assist with care plans and medication, and help maintain high standards of care.

Shifts are 12 hours, days only, with alternate weekends required. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and proven experience in residential care, with a Right to Work in the UK.
