Job Description

Colten Care is recruiting a Home Manager for Bourne View in Poole. You will lead the home's team, manage resources and foster a culture of continuous improvement to maintain a Good CQC rating.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will shape the home's vision and build relationships to support residents and families. A nursing qualification is advantageous; Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care desirable.
