Job Description

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for Maple Tree Court, Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead a 64-bed home to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and ensure high standards of governance and performance.

You will drive occupancy, budget management and regulatory compliance while mentoring a committed care team. A Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or progression) is expected, with strong leadership and community liaison skills.
