Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our brand new, state-of-the-art care home in Bridlington. This facility, completed this year, offers residents all the little luxuries of modern living. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Care Assistants during night shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care for our elderly residents, with a particular focus on dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.
• Update and maintain accurate care plans for residents.
• Deliver compassionate care, with a focus on dementia.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Adapt quickly and think on your feet to address any issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
• Passionate about dementia care.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
