About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to older adults within our Beechfield Extra Care Facility in Middlesbrough area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Providing care and support for elderly individuals to help them maintain their independence through personalised care.
• Personal care and domestic support
• Administering medication
• Preparation of meals
• Companionship and assisting with visits to local amenities
• Completing Reviews
• Workplace Observations
• EMAR audits and supporting with joint reviews

It is an essential requirements that you are in possession of a Health and Social Care Level 3 or be willing to work towards the qualification.
