Senior Care Assistant - Lead Care & Training (Belfast)

Connected Health in Belfast is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support high-quality homecare services on-site. You will oversee care runs, monitor calls, and assist with staff induction and shadowing while ensuring safe practice and compliance with company policies.
