Senior Capital Modelling Lead - Division

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Capital Actuary (Division) to lead the Capital Modelling team within the Actuarial Risk Center of Excellence. You will develop and govern the internal capital model, oversee validation and correlation modelling, and provide strategic insight to senior stakeholders across AXA XL and AXA Group.

The role combines deep technical work, people management of a three person team, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive robust capital modelling outputs and governance.
