We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Buyer - Indirect Procurement to help us drive real value across our support functions. From IT to HR, Property to Marketing and Logisitics to Business Services, this is a strategic role with hands-on influence, working at pace to deliver savings, streamline supplier partnerships, and help shape a best-in-class procurement function.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Buyer, you'll play a key part in a group-wide procurement transformation. You'll:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for a portfolio of indirect spend categories - including Property, Maintenance, IT, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, manage RFPs / tenders, and negotiate commercial terms
• Build strong supplier relationships, implement performance KPIs, and champion innovation
• Drive cost efficiencies while ensuring quality, continuity, and compliance
• Support the rollout of best practice procurement tools, governance, and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted commercial advisor
• Contribute to data-led decision-making, using spend analysis and procurement insight to influence strategies

What We're Looking For

We're after someone with a passion for procurement excellence and a proven ability to make an impact. You'll likely bring:

• Solid experience in indirect procurement, ideally within retail, hospitality, or a multi-site environment
Current or recent experience of leading end to end tender programs Dealing with a spend portfolio of multiple £m's A demonstrable track record of delivering value creation
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Confidence in influencing stakeholders and building commercial partnerships
• An analytical mindset with experience in data-driven procurement decisions
• The ability to manage complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced business
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset

We'd love you to you have:
Experience working within a procurement transformation or change programme, or hands-on experience with e-sourcing or procurement tools.
