We're seeking a solution-minded Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ areas. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, collaborating with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. Your main responsibility will be partnering with sales leaders and stakeholders to implement enhancements in Salesforce supporting and automating our lead-to-quote processes. Creativity in reshaping existing processes for efficiency and supporting a seamless sales experience will be key.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Lead to Quote architecture, develop roadmaps, analyze business systems, and build proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and document requirements.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions to address complex challenges.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects.
• Conduct gap analysis and develop innovative solutions.
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop and demonstrate POCs for new Salesforce features.
• Configure Salesforce via point-and-click, knowing when to code.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce standard features.
• Identify recurring issues for system improvements and maintain run books.
• Work closely with developers during execution phases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce.
• At least 5+ years experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially Communication Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes including lead, account, opportunity management, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, etc.
• Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud certification required.
• Four-year degree in BS/BA, MIS, or a comparable technical field.
