Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Barden is delighted to partner with a large, established Irish organisation as they look to hire a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a rare ground floor hire: the business is moving from an outsourced model to a team it owns and builds itself - and this is one of the people who will shape how the organisation turns its data into decisions.

• Turn data into insight that leadership and operations across the business rely on to make decisions.
• Work directly with stakeholders to get to the real business problem, then design the reporting, dashboards, and data models that answer it.
• Build rich, interactive visualisations on SAP BW, Datasphere, BO, and SAC - bringing large, complex datasets to life.
• Own data quality, consistency, and governance across the BI platforms.
• Optimise the performance of existing reports and data flows, and continuously improve what's already there.

• Experience developing reporting solutions across the SAP BI stack - SAP BW, Datasphere, BO, and SAC.
• Strong hands on expertise with SAP BW, SAP BO Analysis for Excel, and SAP SAC.
• Solid data modelling, ETL, and performance tuning skills, with a track record of high-quality data visualisations.
• S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS views) experience; leveraging SAP Datasphere in solution architecture is an advantage.
