A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead BD strategy for its Financial Institutions Group (FIG) on a 12-month maternity cover. The role focuses on driving client engagement, sector growth, and marketing initiatives across banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute BD and marketing plans across FIG sub-sectors.
• Drive client targeting, relationship management, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate on pitches, campaigns, events, and content strategy.
• Monitor market trends and enhance FIG's market visibility.

Candidate Profile:

• BD/Marketing experience at manager level in legal/professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the financial institutions sector preferred.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
