Overview of Role: As FinTrU enters the next phase of its growth, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager based in London to drive new business opportunities and cross-sell into our existing client base. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our firm as a trusted partner in KYC, Compliance, Risk, and Legal services. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Executing the firm's business development strategy in line with overall strategy.
  • Identifying new markets, service lines, and partnership opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Working with Product, Technology, and Marketing to manage dependencies when launching new products.
  • Representing the firm at industry forums, conferences, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in business development, sales leadership, or client management within financial services.
  • Extensive network within Financial Services to leverage for early high-impact deals.
  • Deep understanding of Client Lifecycle Management within KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks.
