Senior Business Development Manager - Dispute Resolution (Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations)

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within its high profile Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations (LAI) practice. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a seasoned BD professional with deep expertise in dispute focused legal services and a passion for driving revenue growth through innovative, data led strategies.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and delivery of BD strategies for the LAI practice, aligned with global objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
  • Oversee high profile pitches and panel submissions, ensuring market leading proposals.
  • Harness data driven insights for opportunity spotting, pipeline management, and horizon scanning.
  • Collaborate across global BD teams to ensure connectivity and leverage shared resources.
  • Mentor junior BD professionals, fostering capability and excellence within the team.
What we're looking for:
  • Extensive BD experience within legal services, ideally in litigation, arbitration, or investigations.
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in cross selling, client targeting, and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced qualifications preferred).
