Are you ready to make a real impact in the FM/HSI/FIRE sector? Bureau Veritas is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive large contract sales, build sustainable partnerships, and help shape the future of our sales strategy.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong B2B sales track record working in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification sector, selling FM services. If you're a high-level influencer with key account management experience, we want to hear from you!
Role Purpose: To build a sustainable pipeline of new business or new scope of work for existing clients, meeting individual sales targets, while developing knowledge across a range of services that BU offers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute sales strategy aligned to market & business needs.
- Understand & identify clients' needs through Teams or face-to-face meetings, then present BV services as solutions.
- Develop lead opportunities from marketing or market trends and needs, including PIA's.
- Contact leads within 24 hours of generation and follow up until converted or lost.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, measured through NPS score.
- Use CRM to create opportunities, manage pipeline, and track activity.
- Engage in outbound cold calling, meetings, and emails with high activity levels.
- Complete AD50's to ensure contracts meet profit margins.
- Forecast sales performance monthly and quarterly to aid planning.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain good communication with internal stakeholders, including engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and RDMs.
- Attend relevant events as necessary.
- Negotiate T & C's to mitigate risks for BV.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven success in selling TIC services within the FM sector.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Networking ability within organizations.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for industry contacts.
- Experience in negotiating T & C's and writing tenders.
