Senior Business Development Director, Facilities Management

Flourish in London is seeking a Business Development Director to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting projects from £300k to £2m. You will lead tender submissions and client engagements with cross-functional teams to win new independent business.

Reporting to the MD, you'll forecast pipeline, grow existing relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue, while maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
