About the Role

As Senior Director / Director of Business Development - Europe, you will:

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Lead contract negotiations, secure strategic deals, and exceed revenue targets.
• Build enduring relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical/CDMO sector.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, CMC services, and regulatory processes.
• Proven success in closing commercial deals and managing client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
