Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Employment: Freelance - Hybrid

Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract

For a Netherlands based Financial Services company, I am searching for a Senior Business Analyst to support an ongoing migration.

You will be responsible for monitoring delivery progress and providing business analysis to ensure a smooth and successful migration. You will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to validate requirements, track progress and address any issues.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Hands on experience in requirement analysis, testing, documentation.
• Hands on experience with end to end delivery, ensuring high quality outcomes.
• Strong ability to drive change, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable results in dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience (Business and Technical teams)
• Previous experience in large scale or international corporate environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in business lending, loan syndication, or agency lending.
• Flexcube or similar core banking system experience is an advantage.
