Responsibilities

• Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
• Acting as contract administrator and delivering client-side project management
• Undertaking condition surveys, building pathology, and defect diagnosis
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations and overseeing remedial works
• Advising on maintenance strategies and compliance with technical standards
• Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders, and administering contracts

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
• Proven consultancy experience across a variety of sectors
