A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to join the team on a major, high-profile development in Cardiff. This is a key role for the business, responsible for overseeing the full MEP delivery on a landmark scheme with complex building services requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale building services packages on major construction projects. A strong technical understanding across both mechanical and electrical disciplines is essential, along with the ability to lead subcontractors, manage design coordination, and ensure quality and programme targets are met.
