Senior Building Control Officer - Complex Projects Lead

Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Officer to support Rochford District Council in maintaining high building standards. This temporary full-time role requires a dedicated professional with in-depth knowledge of building regulations, able to conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with legislation. You will work on complex projects and provide essential guidance regarding building control matters.

The successful candidate will have at least a degree in a relevant discipline and must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator. This position is on-site, 5 days a week, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of the community.
