Senior Building Control Lead - Safety, Compliance & Training

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Technician to lead a team of Building Control Technicians and ensure compliant processing of applications, notices and certificates in line with ISO 9001.

You will oversee Building Safety Levy administration, enforcement where needed and support new processes following legislative changes and the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry, while maintaining high standards of governance and customer service.
