Senior Brand Manager, Rum Growth & Activation

Diageo is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Rum on a fixed-term basis to March 1, 2027. You will own brand growth, market performance and the end-to-end consumer journey, translating consumer insight into activation and commercial results.

You will lead cross-functional work streams with Commercial, Supply, Finance and Insights, driving ROI, recruitment, penetration and loyalty across the rum portfolio.
