Position: Senior Brand Experience Executive - Maternity Cover (12 months)
(Fixed term, Full Time)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Experience Executive to oversee and elevate our brand presence across the UK & Ireland. This pivotal role within the Marketing UK team ensures consistent and impactful brand expression across all channels, including visual merchandising, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Guardian: Oversee Montblanc's brand expression across visual merchandising, events, retail design, and campaigns in the UK & Ireland.
- Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute the annual VM plan, aligning with budgets and guiding the VM Coordinator to achieve sales targets.
- Creative Implementation: Supervise planning and budgeting of seasonal décor, product launch animations, POSM, and local marketing elements.
- Marketing Initiatives: Plan and implement impactful international and local marketing initiatives, adhering to global guidelines and budgets.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate large-scale UK events in collaboration with the Head of Brand Communications.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate marketing plans and activities effectively to Retail & Wholesale teams and stores, with support from the marketing intern.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the Head of Brand Communications, Brand Director, Wholesale team, Boutique Managers, and EU/International Marketing teams.
Success Metrics:
- Strong experience in brand management, visual merchandising, or marketing within luxury retail.
- Proven success in developing and executing visual merchandising and marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
