As a Senior Floating Branch Manager, you play a key role and with the uncapped commission, many earn well above expectations.

The Senior Branch Manager Package:

• Basic Salary Up to £35,000pa
• Plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £50,000 - £65,000pa
• 5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 3 on, 1 off)
• Holiday commission,
• 33 days paid holiday, birthday off

The Senior Branch Manager role:

• Leading morning meetings and coaching sessions
• Generating new business and identifying leads
