My client, an award-winning architectural practice, is seeking a Bid Manager to work alongside the Senior Bid Manager to lead their pursuit of high-profile projects across global environments. (You MUST come with relevant bid management experience from either construction or architecture)

In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Drive bid strategy and submissions for landmark architectural projects
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and consultants to craft compelling proposals
• Manage the end-to-end bid process - from pipeline tracking to post-submission reviews
• Ensure our bids reflect the creativity, innovation, and design excellence we are known for

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing bids within architecture, design, or construction sectors
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A creative mindset to tell our design story in a persuasive way
