Senior Bid Manager - Public Sector Growth

Methods is seeking a proactive Senior Bid Manager to own bids of varying size and value, working closely with Directors, Sales, SMEs and external partners. You'll respond to tender opportunities through existing frameworks and open competitions to help win exciting projects.

You'll mentor a team of juniors, foster a high performing culture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Methods' bid repository while ensuring high quality, compliant responses.
