We're hiring a Senior BI Analyst/Developer to join a high-impact Business Systems team driving real change across a growing organisation.This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver end-to-end data solutions - from Power BI dashboards and data models to Power Apps and Power Automate that replace manual processes and enable smarter decisions. You'll also play a key role in a major shift to a modern Microsoft Fabric data platform, helping shape the future of data across the business.

What you'll do

• Build impactful Power BI dashboards & data models
• Develop Power Apps & Power Automate solutions
• Support migration to Microsoft Fabric
• Work directly with stakeholders to solve real business problems

What you'll bring

• Strong Power BI, DAX & SQL
• Experience with Power Platform (Apps & Automate)
• Proven delivery of end-to-end BI solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into smart data solutions
