A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead BD strategy for its Financial Group This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, ideal for a commercially minded BD professional with sector experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD and marketing plans across financial sub-sectors (e.g. banks, insurers, asset managers).
• Lead client targeting, pitch development, and relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage campaigns, events, and content strategy to support sector positioning.
• Drive engagement with CRM programmes and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven BD/Marketing experience in legal or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the Financial Institutions sector preferred.
