The Role

You'll lead the development and execution of BD strategies, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and use market and client insights to identify opportunities. You'll shape go to market plans, oversee strategic pitches, support cross selling initiatives, and manage a high performing BD team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement BD strategies for the M&A practice
• Build relationships with partners and key decision makers
• Drive market led campaigns and client growth plans
• Use data insights to spot opportunities and manage pipelines
• Lead pitch strategy and support major pursuits
• Manage and mentor a dedicated BD team

What You'll Bring

• Significant BD experience within legal services, ideally M&A
• Strong understanding of M&A transactions and market trends
• Proven ability to design and deliver successful BD strategies
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident in using data to drive commercial decisions
