The Penthouse at Harrods is seeking a Senior Bartender to join our Hospitality team in a luxury environment. You will oversee bar operations and deliver a world-class beverage experience that reflects the standards of The Penthouse at Harrods, ensuring every guest interaction is personalised, seamless, and memorable.

• Oversee bar operations within luxury lounges and private suites, ensuring impeccable service and presentation.
• Deliver a high-calibre beverage experience, from rare vintages to bespoke creations, with precision and discretion.
• Act as a craftsman of liquid artistry, anticipating guest preferences and delivering innovative yet timeless cocktails.
• Partner with Hospitality Managers to develop seasonal serves and bespoke infusions to handle complex guest requests with grace.
• Oversee bar station choreography and back-of-house preparations; manage inventory and ensure a pristine, stage-ready environment.
• Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless transition from lounge to bar; handle guest feedback with poise in a high-profile setting.
• Work on site, on a 5 out of 7 days per week schedule.

• Experienced bartender with a passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfortable in a high-profile environment with a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and polished service skills.
• Demonstrates gravitas and cultural awareness to converse with global icons and UHNW individuals while maintaining perfect technique.
• Pre-emptive mindset with the ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs.
• Strong collaborative professional with a deep knowledge of spirits history and cocktail culture.
• Proven track record in high-end bar operations, with mastery of classic techniques and a portfolio of innovative creations suitable for a flagship luxury environment.
