We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Barista / Supervisor to join our team at J&H Coffee.

The ideal candidate will have strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso and other coffee beverages
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and presentation
• Support and train baristas and new team members
• Supervise shifts and coordinate the team during service
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and weekly stock checks
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day cash-up
• Support management with the day-to-day operation of the café

About You:

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Specialty coffee experience is preferred
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable
• Reliable, organised and able to take responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
