Senior Barista

Noon Coffeehouse is a brand new speciality coffee house and artisan bakery in Sidcup. We're looking for 2 passionate and experienced Senior Baristas to join our team and help us deliver exceptional coffee and customer service.

Please ensure you meet the required skill set and can travel to DA15 before applying.

About the Role

Senior barista position in a busy, speciality coffee house Up to 5 shifts per week (20-40 hours) Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is essential Daytime hours only - enjoy a great work-life balance with no evening shifts Exciting opportunity to join a high-end, independent coffee and bakery concept from the start

What We're Looking For

Experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment Confident with latte art, matcha preparation, and a wide range of hot and cold drinks Experience with opening, setting up, and closing a coffee shop Friendly, outgoing personality - someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know customers Passionate about speciality coffee and eager to keep learning Able to confidently describe and recommend products to customers

Key Responsibilities

Duties including opening, machine dial-in, bar setup and closing Preparing a full range of drinks to a high standard Delivering outstanding customer service at all times Taking orders and engaging customers with product knowledge Maintaining a clean, organised bar and shop environment Looking after and cleaning equipment regularly
