What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting bartenders and bar supervisors during busy services.
• Leading barback duties and helping organise the back bar during shifts.
• Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Helping ensure the bar team can deliver fast and consistent service.

What Were Looking For

• Experience working as a barback in a busy bar or hospitality venue.
• A strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• A genuine interest in bars and hospitality.

What to Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71-£13.71 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
