Job Description
Interlink Talent Solutions in Manchester is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to join a leading practice and help grow its regional finance offering. You will handle leveraged and corporate finance work, coordinating with lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on complex transactions.
The successful solicitor will have 3-6 years' PQE in banking & finance, strong leveraged finance experience and exemplary drafting skills, with a client-focused, business-development mindset.
