Senior Backend Engineer, AI Chat Engine

GitLab is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for the Duo Chat team, focused on building core AI capabilities behind the GitLab Duo Chat interface. You'll design flow components, integrate large language models, and orchestrate multi-agent flows that power AI features across the GitLab platform.
