An established main contractor delivering high-profile commercial fit-out projects is seeking an experienced Senior AV Project Manager to oversee the deployment of complex audiovisual systems on a flagship workplace programme in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing AV packages valued at £5 million+ working alongside design teams, consultants, integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full life cycle of AV delivery across a multi-floor, high-specification office programme
• Liaise with consultants and AV design teams to ensure alignment between vision and execution
• Manage programme timelines, budgets, risks and reporting on all AV aspects
• Oversee contractors and third-party vendors during installation and commissioning
• Ensure technical quality, commercial control, and compliance with design intent and standards

Requirements:

• Strong track record of leading AV deployments on workplace projects, ideally over £5 million in value
• Understanding of modern AV systems, integration, and design coordination in a construction environment
• Experience working within fit-out or construction settings, ideally alongside M&E or tech packages
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work on-site in Central London as required
