Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Private Equity UK Law Firm

We are currently working with a Top 20 Private Equity partner who is looking to hire a senior private equity lawyer. The practice is in growth mode and continues to climb the rankings.

The team advises on a range of sponsor-focused mid to upper-market transactions, with a strong emphasis on cross-border mandates across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate will be:

• UK or Common Law qualified
• Ideally 5-8 PQE (exceptional candidates outside this range will also be considered)
• Solid experience in Private Equity, either solely or alongside broader corporate M&A work
