The Role

This is not a purely fee-earning role. We expect our Senior Associates to be active business developers as well as excellent technical lawyers. A defined proportion of your time will be dedicated to business development activity, and you will be expected to bring an existing client following with you, supported by a track record of personal billing.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years PQE
• An existing client following with minimum personal billing of £200,000 per annum
• A demonstrable track record of business development and client origination, not solely fee-earning on referred or firm-allocated work
• Willingness to commit a defined proportion of working time to business development activity (further detail provided at interview)
