Are you an experienced solicitor looking to step into a senior role in derivatives and structured finance? This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value structured products and derivatives transactions that influence financial markets.

You will advise on sophisticated financial deals, collaborating with a team of sharp, collaborative lawyers in a supportive environment. The role requires a strong track record in derivatives, structured finance, commodities, and equities, ideally with 6+ years PQE in a recognized legal setting, and experience dealing with top-tier clients.
