Job Description
Gateley in Birmingham is seeking a Residential Development Senior Associate to join the largest UK residential development team. You will handle land acquisitions, disposals and funding arrangements for major housebuilders across England and Wales, concentrating on development projects from inception to completion.
With at least 5 years PQE in residential or commercial development, you will work with top housebuilders and benefit from an established path to Partnership within our land
