Senior Associate, Residential Development

The firm

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

You will handle complex, large scale land acquisitions for well known housebuilders across England and Wales. The role also covers collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations, funding structures, strategic options and urban regeneration. There is a clear route towards partnership for the right person.

What you will need

A solicitor with five years or more PQE. Housebuilder experience is preferred but not essential, and a commercial development background is welcome.
