Senior Associate, Professional Indemnity and Financial Services Disputes, 5+ PQE

A national law firm with a strong insurance and disputes practice, acting for insurers and corporate clients.

You will defend professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, brokers and financial advisers for insurers and professional firms. You will manage your own caseload including coverage issues, lead policy response work on notifications, and help develop junior colleagues and team processes.

5+ years PQE or equivalent with strong professional indemnity litigation experience. Experience or interest in claims against solicitors, accountancy disputes, financial services, pensions, regulatory matters, coverage or fraud allegations would be useful. You will need a commercial outlook and good client management.

A senior role in a large professional indemnity team with flexible working where possible.
