What You'll Do

• Produce and deliver portfolio reports and analytics for clients.
• Manage the reporting cycle for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze portfolio performance and key metrics.
• Resolve data discrepancies from various sources.
• Improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate portfolio information.
• Support automation and process improvement projects.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Private Markets, Asset Management, or Investment Reporting.
• Strong understanding of private debt and investment structures.
• Experience with large financial datasets and complex data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
• Professional designations like CFA or CAIA are a plus.
• Proficiency in English; German is a bonus.
