Senior Associate, Leasehold Enfranchisement

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Senior Associate in Property Disputes located in Manchester. The successful candidate will manage statutory lease extension claims, right to manage claims, and advise clients on enfranchisement issues.

This role requires at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. The position is full-time and permanent.
