This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property specialist looking to take on a key strategic role within a respected regional practice, advising an excellent client base across Cornwall and the wider South West.The Role: You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Property aspects of corporate transactions
• Acting for local businesses, investors, developers, and landed estates

You will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy, alongside playing a visible role in mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the Department.Ideal Pre-Requisites:

• 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Property (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical ability with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
• Comfortable handling matters independently and supervising others
