Senior Associate General Counsel - Tech & Government Contracts

SynMax, a Delaware corporation with an office in Washington, D.C. and a UK subsidiary, seeks a senior in-house attorney to own the commercial contracting pipeline and support government contracting, export control, IP protection, and corporate matters.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will negotiate licensing instruments, redline with precise language, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Executives in a fast-paced environment.
