Senior Associate Director, Global Compliance & Governance

Aztec Group is seeking a senior regulatory authority to join its Compliance Regulatory and Governance team. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, you will provide second-line assurance, lead cross-jurisdictional policy development, and drive unified regulatory frameworks across the group.

You will mentor local Compliance Officers, oversee governance, and promote a culture of ethical conduct and rigorous oversight.
