Senior Associate Director-East UK Property (Car Allowance)

FirstPort is seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead a regional portfolio of properties across the East of the UK. You will inspire and manage a team of property managers, drive KPIs and SLAs, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

You will own the regional growth strategy, collaborate with BD for new opportunities, and champion the rollout of new systems and technology to enhance operations and efficiency.
