Senior Associate, Banking & Finance - Leveraged & Corporate

Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking a banking & finance associate to join the firm's Leeds banking team. You will work on leveraged and corporate finance matters, from first term sheet through to completion, including sponsor-backed deals and portfolio work.

The role requires five years' PQE in banking and finance, solid leveraged and cashflow experience, and confidence dealing with lenders, borrowers and advisers. A clear route to progression is offered.
